An expert group from Fujian Minjiang University investigates the Shawo Island National Ocean Fishery Base

On March 8th, Huang Lei, associate professor of Fujian Minjiang College and representative of Fujian Provincial People’s Congress, led a team of 4 experts to the company to investigate the development of the Shawo Island National Ocean Fishery Base. Qin Daozhan, commander-in-chief of the base construction headquarters, and Chang Jie, member of the party committee of the group company, accompanied the investigation.

The expert group has successively investigated the company's cold chain logistics park, aquatic product intensive processing park, Shawo Island Central Fishing Port, Yuantong Outfitting Wharf and other places, and held a symposium to understand the situation of the base. Qin Daozhan and Chang Jie gave the experts a detailed introduction to the current construction progress of the Shawo Island National Ocean Fishery Base and plans for the next step. The expert group spoke highly of the company’s efforts to seize the country’s strategic opportunity to expand domestic demand, fully integrate into the new development pattern of “big cycle and double cycle”, forcefully build a Northeast Asian aquatic product trading center, and promote the high-quality development of the marine economy. The company's advanced experience is brought back to the college for special research.
