On August 11th, the company held a captain training course on ocean knowledge in the conference room of Shawo Hotel. Chen Xinjun, Dean of the School of Marine Science at Shanghai Ocean University, was invited to give a video lecture. Xu Dezhu, Executive Vice General Manager of the group company, presided over the event. All returning captains from Rongyuan Company and Haiyu Company participated in the training.

Dean Chen mainly provided in-depth and easy to understand explanations on the safety production of offshore fishing, foreign laws and regulations, squid fishing, offshore fishing resources, and the development of new fishing grounds. This further enhanced the safety awareness and professional knowledge of participating captains in offshore fishing, broadened their horizons, updated their concepts, and laid a solid theoretical foundation for better fishing production in the future.
