Croatian Agricultural Cooperation Training Course Participants Observe Shawo Island National Offshore Fishery Base

On September 7th, more than 30 students from the Croatian Agricultural Cooperation Training Course, led by leaders from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and the Shandong Provincial Marine and Fishery Project Management Center, visited the company to observe the Shawo Island National Offshore Fishery Base. Vice General Managers Song Guangli and Xu Dejin of the group company attended the event.

Song Guangli emphasized the development of the company's offshore fishing industry, as well as the operating waters, fishing techniques, and vessel parameters of tuna longline fishing vessels; Xu Dejin highlighted the current construction status and next steps of the Shawo Island National Offshore Fishery Base. The trainees expressed appreciation for the company's practice of implementing the "the Belt and Road" strategy, taking pelagic fishery as the leader, steadily promoting the construction of Shawo Island national pelagic fishery base, and building an important aquatic product processing and trade distribution center in Northeast Asia.

The students successively observed the company's aquatic product deep processing park, Shawo Island central fishing port, Yuantong outfitting dock and other places, and boarded the tuna longline fishing boat to understand the situation.
