The ice storage facility of Shawo Island Logistics Park has been put into operation

After rigorous equipment installation and debugging, the ice storage facility of Shawo Island Logistics Park was successfully put into operation on June 6th, producing the first pool of ice for fish preservation. Currently, all staff and technical personnel of the ice storage facility are strictly following the technical specifications, debugging and producing at the same time, operating the equipment to normal conditions, and producing high-quality products.

It is reported that the ice storage covers an area of 22000 square meters, with a total construction area of 16000 square meters and a storage capacity of over 22000 tons, including 10000 tons of ice storage, 12000 tons of cold storage, 100 tons of rapid freezing room, and a daily ice making capacity of 500 tons.

After the ice storage facility is put into operation, it can fully meet the demand for ice supply for the preservation of fishing boats docked at the central fishing port of Shawo Island, effectively improve the supporting service level of the national offshore fishing base in Shawo Island, and achieve considerable economic benefits.
