Leaders from the Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs conducted research on the Shawo Island National Offshore Fishery Base

On January 23rd, Zhang Jiandong, Deputy Director of the Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and a delegation of four people, accompanied by Chen Pisong, Deputy Director of the Weihai Fisheries Development Bureau, Xu Furong, Deputy Director of the Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau, and Li Wenhai, Deputy Mayor of Rongcheng City Government, visited the company to investigate the Shawo Island National Offshore Fisheries Base. Lian Renjie, General Manager of the Group Company, and Chang Jie, Assistant General Manager, attended the event.

Zhang Jiandong and other leaders conducted on-site inspections of Shawo Island Storage and Logistics Park, Shawo Island Central Fishing Port, Yuantong Outfitting Terminal, and held discussions. Lian Renjie reported in detail to the visiting leaders on the current construction status of the Shawo Island National Offshore Fisheries Base, as well as the next steps of the work plan. Zhang Jiandong fully affirmed the company's leadership in offshore fishing, adherence to the concept of land sea coordination and integrated development of the tertiary industry, acceleration of the transformation of new and old driving forces in the marine economy, and full efforts to build a modern offshore fishing comprehensive base with broad influence in Northeast Asia, striving to become a pioneer in building a strong maritime province. He also provided guidance for the construction of the base.
