The personnel training center of the base holds training courses on sailors pre-service employment qualification

On July 10, the company held a pre-service qualification training course for seafarers at the talent training center of the National Ocean Fishing Base on Shawo Island, and hired teachers from Weihai Marine Vocational College to give lectures. More than 30 seafarers of Haiyu Company participated in the training.

During the training, the teachers carried out training on safe operation, the use of lifeboats and rescue boats, fire and first aid and other professional knowledge. After the training, the examination was conducted, and the superior competent department issued the Fishery Crew Certificate to the qualified students.

The talent training center of the base is the first professional oceangoing fishery talent training center in China established by the company in cooperation with Shanghai Ocean University. It carries out the whole chain of services such as oceangoing crew recruitment, training, certification and dispatch all the year round, and cultivates outstanding professionals for the high-quality development of the Marine economy of our city.
