Wang Haiwei pointed out that it is necessary to seek the experience and practice of the advanced grassroots legislative contact points inside and outside the province, combine the actual situation, highlight the characteristics of the ocean, continue to improve the construction of hardware and software, and actively explore the "radiation in the land and extend to the sea; The mechanism for collecting legislative opinions and suggestions under which land and sea work together to gather the wisdom of the people will effectively give full play to the due role of grass-roots legislative contact points in participating in legislative work, connecting with the masses, and reflecting social conditions and public opinions.

In December 2021, the company was identified by the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress as the second batch of grassroots legislative contact points, and is the only provincial grassroots legislative contact point in Weihai City.
