The company holds training activities on management measures of Pacific regional fishery organizations in the ocean industry

In order to publicize and carry out the provisions of international organizations on ocean-going fishing vessels and fully implement the instructions and requirements of the Ministry and bureau on ocean-going fishing enterprises, the company held a training activity on management measures of Pacific regional fishing organizations in ocean-going industry on April 9. Group company executive vice general Manager Xu Deshu presided over the training and lectures. The persons in charge, managers and captains of oceangoing fishery units of the company attended the training.

The activity conveyed the spirit of the training course on management measures for regional fisheries organizations in the South and North Pacific held by the China Oceangoing Fisheries Association on April 3, and analyzed the environment faced by fishing in the high seas from the aspects of international compliance management measures. This paper focuses on the in-depth analysis of the management measures implemented by the South and North Pacific fishery management organizations and the practical problems often encountered in the daily performance of the treaty, as well as the matters needing special attention, and puts forward suggestions on the implementation of the boarding inspection of law enforcement ships on the high seas and the newly implemented transshipment measures. A document on international compliance requirements and a briefing on matters needing attention for on-board inspection were also distributed during the event, requiring ocean-going companies to timely convey the content of the document to every sea captain to earnestly implement it.

This training has further enhanced the company's ability to fulfill the treaty of the high seas fishery project in the South and North Pacific, and improved the standard, legal and contractual production level of ocean-going fishing vessels, which plays a positive role in promoting the high-quality development of the company's ocean-going fishing.
