Lian Huaiyuan gave a detailed introduction to the construction and planning of the Shawo Island National Oceanic Fishery Base, focusing on the construction content and target ideas of the Shawo Island Seafood Cold Chain Logistics Park project. The expert group inspected the Shawo Island Seafood Cold Chain Logistics Park project construction site, and observed the company's cold chain logistics park, aquatic product deep processing park, Shawo Island Central Fishing Port and Yuantong Outfitting Wharf. Lian Huaiyuan and the expert team conducted in-depth exchanges on the use requirements and functions of the Shawo Island Cold Chain Logistics Park project, equipment selection, and procedures for the preparation of the project’s feasibility study report and implementation plan. Sufficient basic data laid a solid foundation for the early start of project construction and a good start.
