The employees at the rear cooperated closely to prepare the cranes and transportation vehicles in time to welcome the first batch of harvest fresh vegetables to the shore.

The harvesting of kelp is the top priority of the aquaculture industry. Just like the production of "three summers" and "three autumns" in agriculture, it requires rushing to harvest, rush to dry, and rush into storage, harvest and return at sea, and lift, unload, dry, and warehousing on land. Processes such as processing and sales must race against time, interlocking with each other, carrying on and turning together, and integrated into one. At sea, employees use motor boats to harvest mature kelp from the marine breeding area. On the vast sea, rafts, stalks, and floats crisscrossed in the breeding area. The tractor dragged dozens of sampans full of kelp, ploughed out the waves on the channel, and drove toward the shore like wind and electricity. . On the wharf, there were loud voices and undulating booms. Several tons of kelp were hoisted on a tractor, stepped on the accelerator and transported to the drying yard. At this time, the air was filled with the uncontrollable cheers of the employees during the harvest season, the roar of motor vehicles and the long-lasting strong seafood flavor. On the drying yard, tractors shuttled back and forth to unload kelp. The employees kept turning over the kelp. The skin exploded in the hot sun and the clothes were soaked in sweat. In all aspects of work, such as safety and security, encountered problems and worked together to study solutions, which greatly boosted the morale of the employees, boosted their spirits, and accelerated the production schedule. At present, Luyuan Company has an average daily labor force of about 300 people, 48 sampans, 18 tractors, and 8 breeding teams are harvesting 500 tons of fresh vegetables per day. It is expected that all the kelp harvesting tasks will be completed by the end of July.
