Provincial Political Consultative Conference leaders conduct research on the Shawo Island National Offshore Fishery Base

On July 3rd, a delegation of five leaders including Guo Ailing, Vice Chairman of the Shandong Provincial Political Consultative Conference and Director of the Provincial Committee of the China Democratic Construction Association, accompanied by Ren Huichun, Vice Chairman of the Weihai Municipal Political Consultative Conference, Zhan Dahai, Chairman of the Rongcheng Municipal Political Consultative Conference, and Zhang Jiji, Vice Chairman, visited the company to investigate the Shawo Island National Offshore Fisheries Base. Xu Yunchuan, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Group Company, and Chang Jie, Assistant General Manager, accompanied the event.

Chairman Guo conducted on-site research on the company's aquatic product deep processing park, Shawo Island central fishing port, Yuantong outfitting dock, and other places to gain a deeper understanding of the construction of the base. At the subsequent symposium, Xu Yunchuan provided Chairman Guo with a detailed introduction to the current progress of the Shawo Island National Offshore Fisheries Base project and the next steps of the work plan. Chairman Guo pointed out that the Shawo Island National Offshore Fisheries Base is one of the major project contact points of the Provincial Political Consultative Conference, with high social attention. Promoting the construction of the base quickly and effectively is necessary for the sustained and healthy development of our province's economy and society. She fully affirmed the company's approach of using the base as a platform to accelerate the transformation of new and old driving forces in the marine economy, and striving to become a pioneer in building a "strong marine province".
