Vice Governor of Shandong Province, Ren Airong, visited the Shawo Island National Offshore Fisheries Base for inspection work

On June 20th, Ren Airong, Vice Governor of Shandong Province, Zhang Deping, Director of the Department of Commerce of Shandong Province, and other leaders, accompanied by Yang Li, Deputy Mayor of Weihai Municipal Government, and Jiang Shan, Secretary of Rongcheng Municipal Committee, visited the Shawo Island National Offshore Fisheries Base for inspection work. The general manager of the group company, Lian Renjie, reported on the work.

Governor Ren visited the aquatic product deep processing park, Shawo Island central fishing port, Yuantong outfitting dock and other places on site, and enthusiastically watched the unloading scene of the company's ocean transport ships, gaining a deeper understanding of the company's ocean fishing situation. Lian Renjie reported in detail to Governor Ren about the construction of the Shawo Island National Offshore Fishery Base, the main problems, suggestions, and plans for the next steps of work. Governor Ren gave full affirmation to the company's practice of seizing the important guiding spirit of General Secretary Xi's "the Belt and Road" and "Managing the Ocean", as well as the strategic opportunity of our province's "strong ocean province", taking oceangoing fisheries as the leader, accelerating the transformation of new and old drivers of marine economy, building an important aquatic products processing and trade distribution center in Northeast Asia, and put forward new requirements and important guidance for the future development of the base.
