Leaders of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade bring Hong Kong guests to observe the national offshore fishing base in Shawo Island

On August 3rd, Hu Yuming, Vice Chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, accompanied by guests from the Hong Kong Fisheries Alliance, Hong Kong Fisheries Week, and the Hong Kong Elderly Cultural Exchange Promotion Association, visited the company to observe the Shawo Island National Offshore Fisheries Base with leaders from the Shandong Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and the Rongcheng City Marine Development Bureau. Xu Dejin, Deputy General Manager of the Group Company, accompanied the event.

The visiting guests successively observed the central fishing port of Shawo Island and the Yuantong outfitting dock. At the Yuantong outfitting dock, customers showed a strong interest in the company's offshore fishing vessels. They boarded the "Lurong Yuanyu 668" squid fishing vessel and visited the deck, cab, cargo warehouse, and other areas to gain a detailed understanding of the vessel's technical parameters, equipment performance, production process, yield benefits, operating waters, and resource return. President Hu appreciated the company's efforts to seize the strategic opportunity of "the Belt and Road" and "managing the ocean", and build an important aquatic product processing and trade distribution center in Northeast Asia by taking deep-sea fishery as the leader and Shawo Island National Oceangoing Fishery Base as the platform, and hoped that both sides would take this observation as an opportunity to strengthen exchanges, cooperation and trade exchanges between the company and Hong Kong fishery enterprises. In order to express respect for the company, Chairman Hu and Hong Kong guests presented a banner with the words "Industrial Pioneer, Light of China" to the company.
