On the early morning of April 6th, the motors at the Green Source Company's dock roared as dozens of sampans set off for the marine farming area. The annual sea kelp harvesting campaign was fully underway. Over the past few days, Green Source Company has reasonably arranged all production processes such as going out to sea, harvesting, returning and transporting, hoisting and unloading, drying, packaging, storage, and sales, achieving seamless connection and closed-loop advancement of the sea kelp harvesting work. The entire enterprise presented a busy scene of racing against time to boost production and working vigorously to achieve high efficiency.

To ensure the complete victory of the sea kelp harvesting campaign, Green Source Company has coordinated and scheduled, strengthened measures, and carried out all work solidly and effectively, operating steadily. Firstly, they prepared manpower in advance by recruiting workers during the Spring Festival holiday, closely cooperating and recruiting a large number of migrant workers and promptly placing them, ensuring the smooth progress of production; secondly, they implemented and detailed the basic element guarantee work, taking precautions and preparing various mechanical tools, production materials, drying grounds, warehouses, and other equipment and facilities and sites in advance to meet the needs of production services and support; thirdly, they effectively carried out production planning and work plans, scientifically divided the sea areas, reasonably arranged personnel, formulated timetables and roadmaps, focused on key points, and targeted measures to ensure the steady and efficient progress of production; fourthly, they strictly managed the drying, processing, storage and other links, significantly improved the quality of dried sea kelp, actively contacted customers, focused on marketing, continuously increased the order holding rate, and laid a solid foundation for high-yield and high-efficiency sea kelp production.

Lifting and hoisting
Sea kelp harvesting is time-sensitive and task-intensive, and the key lies in the word "rush"! Currently, Green Source Company averages 300 workers per day, 40 sampans, 20 tractors, and 8 farming teams, harvesting about 400 tons of fresh kelp per day. It is expected that the entire sea kelp harvesting task can be completed by late July.
