On June 27th, the head of the inspection team from the China Green Huaxia Organic Product Certification Center, Ji Xianglong, and the inspector Yu Haining, accompanied by Liu Xia, the director of the Brand Department of the Rongcheng Municipal Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau, went to the Lvyuan Company to conduct a re-certification inspection of fresh kelp as an organic product. The general manager of Lvyuan Company, Lian Haibo, accompanied the inspection and reported the situation.
Hold a review meeting
The inspection team conducted on-site inspections of the production process, site and management system of organic products in accordance with the "Organic Products Production, Processing, Labeling and Management System Requirements" (GB/T 19630-2019) issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the "Organic Product Certification Management Measures", the "Implementation Rules for Organic Product Certification", as well as relevant laws and regulations and the quality system documents of the enterprise. Through holding the first meeting, conducting on-site tests of kelp at sea, reviewing the report materials, original archives, financial documents, production records, workshop and warehouse, breeding areas, water quality and sea conditions, seed source, environmental facilities, and holding the final meeting, the inspection team comprehensively inspected the management of Green Source Company, product quality, production process, fishing and transportation, warehousing and storage, marketing and other links. Jiang Kailian answered the on-site inquiries of the inspection team in detail and reported the path measures and operation procedures for the management of organic sea kelp production.
Go out to sea to inspect the kelp
The inspection team believes that throughout the entire process of organic kelp cultivation, management, fishing, operation, and sales, Green Source Company has conducted everything in a standardized and orderly manner, in compliance with relevant regulations and standards, and meets the requirements of the organic product certification. They unanimously concluded that Green Source Company's fresh kelp has passed the re-certification inspection for organic products.
Green Source Company's fresh kelp was first certified as organic in August 2013. Since then, it has held this certification for 13 years. According to the regulations of the Ministry of Agriculture's organic product certification management, re-certification tests must be conducted every year. Organic product certification is the highest standard, strictest requirements, and most detailed product certification among the "three types of certification". The continuous acquisition of organic product certification by Green Source Company's fresh kelp has a positive promoting effect on further enhancing product competitiveness, expanding market share, and promoting the transformation from traditional breeding to modern, efficient and green breeding.
